Teclast A15 has just begun, Both tablets run Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. The A15 only has a 9.0" IPS capacitive touchscreen whereas the Onda VI40 has a 9.7" touchscreen. The first 9" IPS Tablet and has the highest resolution screen I have seen so far at 1280x800. It has the Rockchip 2918 processor w/ 1gb of RAM.
